Very thought-provoking.


To answer that question we are going to look at a man named Naaman. He is one of my favourite characters in the Bible. He was the commander of the Syrian army. Before he had an encounter with God he was proud, and arrogant. But that all changed. The thing about Naaman is that he was a leper. To read his story you will need to read 2 Kings 5.
In the story he is told that he can be healed of his leprosy so he goes to the prophet Elisha. The prophet sends his servant to tell the Commander to go and wash himself seven times in the Jordon and he will be healed. (2 Kings 5:10) Naaman is very angry because his expectation of what is supposed to happen is not met. But at the end of it all he gets healed and this is where the answer…
