Going for walks. I know a lot of people that walk their dogs. Scheduling a time for walking everyday is refreshing and enjoyable.
Eating healthy and drinking large amounts of water, milk or fruit juice.
Other nice habits to join together are:
Waking up early and praying/reading the bible/worship
Reading (books, magazines, news etc) and writing (diary, journal, blog etc)
Showering twice a day (just for fun)
Build on the good habits you already have. Keep a notebook handy during your prayer time. This enables you to easily document ideas fresh from God. Dictate communications, even books while you take your daily walk.
