Exercise Everyday

Why I love these particular workouts
These exercises are:

1) Cheap- because you don’t need gym membership to do them!
2) Flexible to perform- you’re not limited by any machine so you can do them anywhere. 
3) Compound exercises- meaning they work more than one body part at the same time.

If you’re on a business trip, conference, seminar or even vacation trip, you can do them in your hotel room!

They say that a 15min walk 3 times a day, everyday, coupled with a decent intake of water and vegetables can increase your lung capacity. Doing that with lung expansion exercises should boost up the health of your lungs.

The importance of working out
Good health is the product of good habits. Schedule 30mins each day for exercise. Take care of your body and it will take care of you. Ask those around you to help motivate you to reach your goals. Health is life’s First Prize.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20

Do you not know that your body is the temple (the very sanctuary) of the Holy Spirit Who lives within you, Whom you have received [as a Gift] from God? You are not your own,

20 You were bought with a price [purchased with a preciousness and paid for, made His own]. So then, honor God and bring glory to Him in your body.
